Thank you for choosing Printifique3D. We take pride in delivering high-quality, precision 3D printing services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

This policy applies to all products and services purchased through our website www.printifique3d.com.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of purchase provided that production has not yet begun. Once manufacturing has started, orders cannot be canceled due to the custom nature of 3D printed products.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Since most of our products are manufactured according to your uploaded design files and specifications, custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return or refund, including cases of change of mind.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

48-Hour Notification

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required Evidence

Please provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or shipping damage.

After verification, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. No additional processing fees will be charged by us.

5. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (where applicable):

  • The request must be made within the allowed timeframe.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The issue must not be related to customer-provided design errors.

6. Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased under discounts, promotions, or special offers are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

7. Shipping Responsibility

If a return is approved, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Printifique3D is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
